Shipping
We know how excited our customers are to receive their new copper water bottle, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day*. Estimated delivery time and carrier varies by destination:
- Shipping within the UK: 3-5 business days* via Royal Mail Second Class Postage.
- Shipping Outside the UK: 5-7 business days* via our network partners. Currently, we are only shipping within the UK.
We ship all orders from the UK using a network of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and more. The carrier used to ship each order depends on a variety of factors and unfortunately, we are unable to advise customers which carrier will be used in advance.
Please note all international orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs.

Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@copperchakra.com so we can advise you the details and arrangements. If your return is accepted, you can post it to our return address which will be given to you in our email. The return shipping charge will be borne at your end. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Ideally, we would appreciate it if you can contact us within 48 hours.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product is used and is not in a saleable condition, then, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your bank account.
